Talent Acquisition Specialist – IT Recruitment

About the role

Devoteam is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support its rapid growth across Europe, the Middle East and Africa. The role focuses on sourcing, interviewing and placing technology professionals for a variety of digital transformation projects.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to offer for IT and digital roles.
• Build and maintain a network of active and passive technology candidates through creative sourcing and events.
• Conduct interviews via phone, video (Google Meet) and face‑to‑face, matching candidates to job requirements.
• Draft and update detailed job descriptions and ensure timely filling of openings.
• Maintain an up‑to‑date candidate pipeline across multiple recruitment platforms.
• Deliver a positive candidate experience throughout the process.
• Keep candidate data accurate in internal tools and promote Devoteam’s employer brand.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology or related field (mandatory).
• At least 1 year of talent acquisition experience in the IT sector.
• Achievement‑focused, resilient, authentic and trustworthy.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with good decision‑making ability.
• Fluent in English (mandatory).
