Talent Acquisition Specialist – Global Businesses & Functions

About the role

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist you will own the full‑cycle recruiting process for BCG’s Business Services teams, with a strong focus on supporting the growth of the Lisbon Capabilities Centre. You will work with hiring managers, HR partners and regional recruiters to deliver high‑quality hires for both high‑volume needs and new team builds.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for junior roles across multiple business units.
• Partner with hiring managers and HR to define role requirements and hiring plans.
• Source candidates via direct outreach, job boards, referrals, social media and other channels.
• Conduct structured, competency‑based interviews and provide clear assessments.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines to reduce time‑to‑fill.
• Coordinate regional hiring campaigns and support employer‑branding events.
• Track candidate progress in the ATS, ensuring data accuracy and visibility.
• Support global recruiting initiatives and suggest local process improvements.
• Monitor recruiting metrics and use data to enhance hiring outcomes.

Required profile

• 2‑3+ years of full‑cycle recruiting experience in an international or matrixed organization.
• Experience hiring for shared services or high‑volume teams.
• Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing platforms.
• Strong experience using applicant tracking systems and collaboration tools.
• Competency‑based interviewing skills for technical and non‑technical roles.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Confidence partnering with hiring managers and influencing decisions.
• Ability to manage recruiting activities across teams, priorities and time zones.
