About the role

Ferring Pharmaceuticals is seeking a dynamic Talent Acquisition Sourcer Trainee who is fluent in French and English. This entry‑level position offers the chance to learn sourcing techniques, support recruitment coordination, and contribute to building diverse talent pipelines across Europe.

Key responsibilities

• Source and engage potential candidates on social media and professional networks such as LinkedIn.
• Identify qualified candidates using Boolean search and other sourcing methods.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition Partners and Hiring Managers to understand hiring needs and translate them into deliverables.
• Build and nurture talent pipelines for future hiring requirements.
• Maintain consistency in the sourcing process and ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Support the Applicant Tracking System (Workday) by updating candidate information.
• Participate in phone screenings, reference checks, and interview scheduling.

Required profile

• Graduate degree or equivalent in Social/Organizational Psychology or Human Resources (optional but a plus).
• Professional proficiency in French and English.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Enthusiastic, proactive attitude with a willingness to learn in a fast‑paced environment.
• Positive mindset, sense of humor, and a “roll‑up‑sleeves” approach.
