Talent Acquisition Partner – Remote (EU)

About the role

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to lead end‑to‑end recruiting for OKTOBER, a fast‑growing Shopify retention agency. The role is fully remote within Europe and focuses on sourcing, screening and closing multiple hires each month while supporting our People Operations team.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full recruitment cycle for 6+ hires per month across roles such as Revenue Management, Design and other functions.
• Source candidates, conduct interviews, assess fit and manage offers to ensure timely closures.
• Assist People Ops with onboarding, day‑to‑day employee queries and process improvements.
• Collaborate with the People & Culture Lead on strategic initiatives, including org‑structure design and new HR processes.

Required profile

• Proven hands‑on recruiting experience in an agency, startup or fast‑scaling environment, handling the entire hiring process.
• Structured, process‑oriented mindset capable of building order in a rapidly evolving setting.
• Strong business acumen and the ability to represent OKTOBER’s culture in every candidate interaction.
