Talent Acquisition Partner – Recruitment Specialist

About the role

Solvay’s Talent Acquisition team is looking for a proactive Talent Acquisition Partner to manage end‑to‑end recruitment for a wide range of positions, from interns to senior leaders, across a defined geography. You will work closely with hiring managers and local HR to deliver a seamless candidate experience and support Solvay’s transformation agenda.

Key responsibilities

• Drive full recruitment cycles, including job posting, sourcing, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
• Define and execute sourcing and recruitment strategies using data‑driven insights.
• Collaborate with Local HR on employer branding and attractiveness challenges.
• Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and manage requisitions in SuccessFactors ATS.
• Support onboarding and integration of new hires, both internal and external.

Required profile

• Relevant degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration or related field.
• Experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably within the IT sector.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.
• Curiosity, proactivity, agility, and a results‑driven mindset.
