Talent Acquisition Officer – French Speaker (HR Shared Services)

About the role

Natixis in Portugal is looking for a Talent Acquisition Officer who will focus on recruiting IT talent for its French operations. The role sits within the HR Shared Services team and requires fluency in French and a good command of English.

Key responsibilities

• Receive recruitment requests from business lines and publish job ads on internal sites and external job boards.
• Source and pre‑select candidates through talent pools, job boards and social media.
• Screen applications, conduct pre‑selection interviews via video or phone, and manage candidate communication.
• Maintain relationships with internal stakeholders such as managers, HR business partners and payroll teams.
• Build and nurture a pool of young talent for short‑term and long‑term contracts.
• Coordinate pre‑boarding and onboarding processes and ensure contract data is entered accurately in IT systems.
• Generate activity reports and track recruitment metrics.
• Ensure compliance with French legal regulations throughout the recruitment process.

Required profile

• Degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• Fluency in French (written and spoken) and a good level of English.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Experience with HR sourcing and pre‑selection best practices, especially for high‑volume IT recruitment.
• Highly organized, proactive and able to multitask in a multicultural environment.
• Team spirit and willingness to learn and develop.
