Systems Administrator – Cloud & Security Focus

About the role

Air Apps is looking for a Systems Administrator to manage and secure its corporate IT infrastructure. You will work onsite in Lisbon, collaborating with cross‑functional teams to keep the environment reliable and compliant.

Key responsibilities

• Manage SaaS applications, cloud services and internal systems, including Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, AWS or Azure.
• Oversee user provisioning, identity management and access control using Okta, Azure AD or similar IAM tools.
• Implement network security, endpoint protection, VPNs, firewalls and zero‑trust policies.
• Monitor hardware and software performance, troubleshoot issues and automate operations with Bash, PowerShell or Python.
• Maintain licenses, compliance documentation and provide technical support and training to employees.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in IT or systems administration.
• Hands‑on experience with cloud‑based environments and IAM solutions.
• Strong knowledge of endpoint management (Jamf, Intune, Kandji) and network security concepts.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, remote‑first culture while being onsite in Lisbon.
