Founding Senior Software Engineer

About the role

Join Clipbook as a Founding Senior Software Engineer and help shape the core platform that ingests, comprehends, and surfaces insights from news, TV, podcasts, social media, and internet data in real time. You will work with a small, high‑impact engineering team and ship features to over 200 customers quickly.

Key responsibilities

• Architect and build core systems, driving key decisions across the stack and owning end‑to‑end feature development.
• Integrate AI into real‑world workflows, putting LLMs and ML models into production for RAG pipelines, embeddings, prompt execution, and agentic systems.
• Design scalable systems that can grow 10x while balancing short‑term and long‑term investments.
• Develop performant APIs and services, ensuring reliability, security, and a seamless customer experience.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience building and scaling production systems with strong backend fundamentals.
• Passion for rapid development and shipping fast, with a focus on user feedback.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure, containerization, and CI/CD pipelines.
