Support Engineer – Blue Prism Infrastructure

About the role

BP3 is looking for a hands‑on Support Engineer with deep experience in Blue Prism to join its support and managed services team. You will ensure the stability, performance, and continuous improvement of on‑premise Blue Prism environments for enterprise clients.

Key responsibilities

• Provide day‑to‑day operational support for Blue Prism Application Server, HUB, robot runtime and environment configuration.
• Diagnose and resolve issues related to authentication, user management, scheduling, and queue management.
• Coordinate SQL Server upgrades, reporting database setup, and failover configurations with database teams.
• Maintain and extend Dynatrace monitoring, identify gaps, and implement new alerts.
• Act as a trusted technical contact for clients, communicating root causes and remediation steps.
• Collaborate with BP3 architects, senior engineers, and Blue Prism support on complex or systemic problems.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience supporting Blue Prism in production environments.
• Solid understanding of Blue Prism architecture (Application Server, HUB, runtime resources, database dependencies).
• Ability to troubleshoot across application, database, and operating‑system layers.
• Strong communication skills and a customer‑focused mindset.
