Support Communication Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Support Communication Specialist to join our international digital transformation team. You will help shape internal communication, create engaging content and support user adoption across a remote workforce.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage internal newsletters, campaigns and SharePoint/Microsoft 365 sites for IT and digital‑transformation projects.
• Translate complex technical concepts into clear, concise messages for diverse stakeholder groups.
• Produce multimedia assets, including videos and graphics, using Adobe tools and video‑editing software.
• Collaborate with project, business and technology teams in Agile environments to ensure consistent messaging.
• Support change‑management initiatives and drive user adoption of new digital solutions.

Required profile

• 3‑6 years of experience in internal communication or content management for IT/digital projects.
• Proven ability to create engaging content for a global, cross‑functional audience.
• Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.
• Experience working remotely in an international setting.
