Supplier Sourcing & Procurement Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a Supplier Sourcing & Procurement Specialist to lead all supplier‑related communication for a fast‑growing Amazon FBA business. The role is fully remote and involves identifying new production facilities, negotiating contracts, and ensuring products meet quality and lab‑testing standards before onboarding.

Key responsibilities

• Research and identify new suppliers and factories worldwide, focusing on strategic regions such as China, India, Israel, Indonesia and Morocco.
• Communicate with existing and potential suppliers to negotiate pricing, minimum order quantities and lead times.
• Request, review and analyse quotes to secure cost‑effective solutions without compromising quality.
• Collaborate with the Product Engineer to evaluate product feasibility, QC standards and lab‑testing requirements.
• Review, negotiate and document supplier contracts in line with company policies.
• Maintain up‑to‑date records of supplier agreements, pricing and key terms.
• Work closely with internal teams to align sourcing decisions with business objectives.
• Stay informed on industry trends, new materials and production capabilities.

Required profile

• Proven experience in supplier sourcing, procurement or supply‑chain management.
• Hands‑on experience working with Chinese factories.
• Strong negotiation and communication abilities.
• Ability to assess supplier reliability, pricing structures and production capacity.
• Detail‑oriented with excellent organisational skills.
• Fluency in English; additional languages such as Mandarin, Hindi or Arabic are a plus.
