Regulatory Affairs Specialist

About the role

Join Continental’s international Operations team to ensure the Digital Solutions portfolio complies with global regulatory requirements. You will collaborate with R&D, Product Management, Quality, Legal and external authorities to support compliance, homologation and regulatory strategy worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and support compliance with global standards, regulations and homologation requirements.
• Lead or contribute to international regulatory implementation projects.
• Partner with Quality and Technical Compliance teams to minimise regulatory risks.
• Support structured problem‑solving activities and compliance investigations.
• Represent Continental in interactions with regulatory authorities, certification bodies and industry working groups.
• Drive process improvements and maintain regulatory documentation and processes.

Required profile

• University degree in Engineering, Science, Business Administration or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in Regulatory Affairs, Product Development, Process Management or similar.
• Experience leading cross‑functional projects in an international environment.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across cultures.
• Proficient English (written and verbal) and willingness to travel internationally up to 15%.

Required skills

• Knowledge of standards, regulations, certification processes, homologation and technical compliance.
• Advanced Power BI and automation skills.
