Strategic Sourcer

About the role

Accenture is building a new talent acquisition team to support recruitment across Europe. As a Strategic Sourcer you will enable the recruitment function to proactively identify and engage niche talent, helping the business secure the best candidates for current and future needs.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies in partnership with Recruiting and Sourcing leads.
• Collaborate with the Recruitment team to build and maintain talent pipelines for “always‑on” demand.
• Act as a subject‑matter expert, ensuring appropriate sourcing channels and tools are in place.
• Proactively source, pre‑qualify, and submit candidates while meeting agreed SLAs and KPIs.
• Deliver an excellent candidate experience and nurture relationships with sourced talent.
• Produce reporting, stakeholder updates, and data‑driven insights.
• Participate in sourcing meetings, project plans, and initiatives across the Europe Sourcing team.
• Coach and develop junior team members.

Required profile

• Effective communicator comfortable engaging senior stakeholders on recruitment best practices.
• Experience providing external marketplace intelligence to recruiters.
• Proven track record sourcing both high‑volume campaigns and niche, targeted roles.
• Collaborative team player who promotes inclusion and continuous improvement.
• Solid experience recruiting directly from diverse sources.

Required skills

• Expertise in sourcing methodologies, including Boolean and X‑Ray search techniques.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to leverage data from ATS, CRM, and other recruitment tools.
