Strategic Consultant – AI Solutions, Automation & Analytics

About the role

This position enables you to help organisations optimise technology adoption and transform their operations through innovative AI, automation and analytics solutions. You will work directly with customers to improve workflows, implement SaaS tools and maximise the value of automation and analytics platforms throughout the project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage customer system setup processes to ensure smooth implementations and high‑quality experiences.
• Support enterprise implementations by collaborating with senior consultants and cross‑functional teams.
• Partner with project management, professional services and technical teams to deliver milestones and customer outcomes.
• Design and execute user acceptance testing activities across implementation projects.
• Provide guidance on solution usage, adoption strategies and configuration best practices.
• Train and support client users to help them adopt new tools and workflows.
• Monitor project progress and communicate updates on timelines, risks, escalations and key initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to improve customer processes, optimise workflows and increase technology value.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of experience managing SaaS client implementations or similar customer‑facing technology projects.
• Proven ability to work in a fast‑paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Strong ownership mindset with a commitment to high‑quality delivery and continuous improvement.
• Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills, able to explain technical concepts to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Consultative problem‑solving approach to customer challenges.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
• German language skills and experience in staffing/recruitment technology are a plus.
