Store Manager – Talent Pool (Portugal)

About the role

Join PMI’s Direct Retail team in Portugal as a Store Manager, driving the transition to smoke‑free IQOS products. You will lead a store that delivers an exceptional consumer experience while supporting the company’s transformation agenda.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end store operations, ensuring compliance with IQOS standards.
• Coordinate and control all customer‑service, product, and sales activities.
• Analyze product performance, sales data, and mystery‑client feedback.
• Lead, develop, and train store teams, creating and following up on training plans.
• Supervise store specialists to achieve excellence in consumer experience and store goals.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year experience in retail or consumer‑facing roles.
• Completed university degree.
• Team‑management experience.
• Fluency in Portuguese; English at a good level is a plus.
• Knowledge of retail or business systems (e.g., MS Office).
• Customer‑oriented mindset with strong communication and analytical abilities.
• Valid documentation to work in Portugal.
