PT Support Associate – Seasonal

About the role

Join Tory Burch’s retail team as a Seasonal Part‑Time Support Associate. You will help keep the store running smoothly by assisting both front‑of‑house and back‑of‑house operations in a fast‑paced, ever‑changing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers, operate the cash register and answer phone calls.
• Pack and unpack shipments, organize the stockroom and maintain product flow.
• Support operational policies, run errands, and perform miscellaneous tasks such as running, lifting, and climbing ladders as needed.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of experience in a high‑volume, customer‑focused retail setting; stock‑room experience is a plus.
• Flexible availability for evenings, overnights, weekends, holidays and occasional overnight travel.
• Physical ability to lift at least 40 lb and perform repetitive movements for extended periods.
