About the role

As a Store Manager at CosmoProf, you will lead a dynamic retail environment focused on hair and beauty professionals. You will ensure every customer receives an unforgettable, personalized experience while driving sales and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop store associates to deliver exceptional service.
• Achieve or exceed sales targets through effective merchandising and customer engagement.
• Manage store budget, control expenses, and oversee inventory levels.
• Maintain store appearance and ensure compliance with safety, security, and company policies.
• Handle customer issues, protect assets, and uphold a high standard of store cleanliness.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of customer service or retail sales experience.
• At least 1 year of sales management or supervisory experience.
• Experience in operational, financial, and performance management.
• Self‑starter with a passion for continuous learning and education.
• Must be 18 years or older.
