Counter Sales Associate – Customer Service & Warehouse

About the role

The Counter Sales/Warehouse position is the primary face‑to‑face contact for customers, generating sales while delivering courteous, accurate service. You will handle orders, receive material, maintain the showroom and warehouse, and support other branches to ensure consistent service across the network.

Key responsibilities

• Process customer orders on the trade counter or by phone.
• Receive and handle warehouse material, maintain showroom and warehouse organization.
• Prepare and ship customer orders, assist with deliveries as needed.
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers and vendors.
• Support other CES branches to provide consistent service.

Required profile

• One year of work experience preferred; valid driver’s license preferred.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Ambitious, motivated to grow within the organization.
• Team player with a customer‑service focus.
