Business Development Representative – Field Sales

About the role

Join a fast‑growing ABA therapy provider as a Business Development Representative focused on reducing wait times for autism diagnosis and therapy. You will act as a Community Outreach Liaison, generating leads and building relationships with families, pediatricians, schools, and local organizations across your territory.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and cultivate referral sources such as pediatricians, school counselors, therapists, daycare directors, and nonprofit leaders through in‑person visits, networking events, and cold outreach.
• Log all outreach activity, notes, and contacts in Salesforce daily, maintaining a transparent referral pipeline and tracking conversion metrics.
• Develop and execute a weekly prospecting plan to expand market share, diversify referrals, and meet territory goals.
• Plan, lead, and capture leads at field events, health expos, school fairs, and nonprofit gatherings, ensuring timely follow‑up.
• Collaborate with Growth, Marketing, Admissions, and Sales Operations teams to align messaging and optimize lead handoffs.

Required profile

• High school diploma (minimum) and at least 3 years of field sales, outreach, or business‑development experience.
• Proven ability to generate leads, manage a sales pipeline, and achieve performance targets.
• Valid driver’s license, active auto insurance, and reliable personal transportation.

Required skills

• Salesforce (or comparable CRM) experience.
