Store Manager – Premium Footwear Brand (Temporary)

About the role

We are looking for a Store Manager to lead a premium footwear brand store located in the ECI district of Lisbon. The position is offered on a temporary (fixed‑term) basis and reports to the Retail Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales, ensuring an exceptional customer experience and overseeing all day‑to‑day store operations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and develop the store team, fostering a high‑performing and collaborative environment.
• Analyse sales performance, KPIs, market trends and competitor activity to create and execute growth action plans.
• Act as a brand ambassador, delivering outstanding customer service and maintaining the highest service standards.
• Oversee CRM activities to strengthen customer loyalty and maximise sales opportunities.
• Manage store operations including stock control, inventory accuracy, expense monitoring and omnichannel processes.
• Ensure visual merchandising and store presentation meet brand standards while driving commercial performance.
• Prepare regular reports on business performance, market opportunities and competitive insights.

Required profile

• Previous experience in store management and team leadership, preferably in fashion or premium retail.
• Strong commercial mindset with proven ability to analyse KPIs and drive sales.
• Demonstrated track record of delivering exceptional customer service and building long‑term relationships.
• Excellent leadership, coaching and people‑development skills.
• Strong organisational abilities with experience in inventory and cost control.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and retail management tools.
• Proactive, analytical, results‑oriented and able to collaborate across departments.
