Rental Sales Agent – Lisbon

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Rental Sales Agent to join our Network & Stations team in Lisbon. You will be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring a smooth rental experience while driving sales of optional products and services.

Key responsibilities

• Handle reservations and process rental agreements accurately and professionally.
• Welcome every customer, providing exceptional service from start to finish.
• Maximize sales by offering coverage products, vehicle upgrades, prepaid gas and other services.
• Use effective sales techniques, building rapport and overcoming objections.
• Adhere to rental policies and procedures to ensure compliant transactions.
• Identify additional services that enhance the rental experience.
• Support branch operations with additional duties as requested by management.

Required profile

• Proven sales experience in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and professional communication.
• Sales‑driven attitude with focus on meeting and exceeding targets.
• Attention to detail and commitment to accurate, timely service.
• Previous experience in retail, hospitality or automotive sales is a plus.
