Store Manager (Head Coach) – Retail Leadership

About the role

Lead Nike's store operations as the Head Coach, creating an inviting environment and delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will guide a diverse team, manage budgets, and implement Nike’s strategic initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Create a welcoming store atmosphere that enhances the shopping experience.
• Build, lead, and develop a high‑performing, diverse team while maintaining a positive work environment.
• Manage store budgets, operations, and sales targets to drive performance.
• Implement Nike strategies such as sustainability, membership programs, and digital services.
• Provide market insights to optimize store positioning locally.
• Ensure compliance with all Nike standards and collaborate with partners across stores and headquarters.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree with 6 years retail experience, or 7 years retail experience without a degree.
• Minimum 4 years of management experience in retail.
• Proven ability to lead high‑level customer service in a brand‑retail environment.
• Strong communication skills and fluency in English (written and spoken).
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, evenings and holidays.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
• Experience with retail business systems and budgeting tools.
• Ability to coach, develop, and resolve conflicts within a team.
