English-Speaking B2B Sales Representative

About the role

We are looking for an English‑speaking B2B Sales Representative to support advertisers and agency partners. You will identify business opportunities, help onboard clients, build lasting relationships and ensure advertisers get the most value from our advertising solutions. The position is on‑site in Lisbon, Portugal, with a Monday‑Friday schedule of 40 hours per week and rotating shifts between 08:00 and 18:00. Fluency in English at C1 level is required.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect and engage new advertisers and agency partners.
• Support client onboarding and activation.
• Identify client needs and recommend suitable advertising solutions.
• Build and maintain long‑term client relationships.
• Support campaign performance and advertising success.

Required profile

• English at C1 level or higher.
• Based in Lisbon, Portugal and legally authorized to work there (EU passport holder or equivalent).
• 1–2 years of experience in digital advertising, ad tech, or an advertising agency.
• Strong communication, sales and relationship‑management abilities.
• Familiarity with digital platforms and campaign planning.
