About the role
Join Marsh’s Corporate Client Relationship Management team in Porto to manage and grow a portfolio of complex corporate insurance clients. This hybrid position requires you to be in the office at least three days a week.
Key responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of non‑life corporate clients with autonomy and accountability.
- Drive new business opportunities and support portfolio growth.
- Deliver tailored insurance solutions, coordinating input from other expertise areas.
- Ensure high‑quality service delivery, including renewals and ongoing servicing.
- Build trusted relationships to promote long‑term client retention and commercial success.
Required profile
- Degree in Economics, Management, Law or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience with non‑life insurance for corporate clients.
- Strong knowledge of Property & Liability insurance policies.
- Fluent in English and Portuguese.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
