Staff Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) – Remote Telehealth

About the role

Legion Health is seeking compassionate Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioners to deliver evidence‑based psychiatric care via telehealth. This remote position offers full‑time or part‑time schedules, allowing clinicians to practice at the top of their license while enjoying flexibility and clinical autonomy.

Key responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive psychiatric assessments, diagnoses, and treatment plans to patients through virtual visits.
• Prescribe and manage psychotropic medications in accordance with evidence‑based protocols.
• Collaborate with experienced psychiatrists for consults and peer case reviews.
• Maintain accurate documentation in the electronic health record system.
• Participate in ongoing quality‑improvement initiatives and adhere to Legion Health’s patient‑centered standards.

Required profile

• Current, unrestricted PMHNP license in the United States.
• Demonstrated clinical excellence and patient‑centered care.
• Passion for evidence‑based psychiatry and telehealth delivery.
• Ability to work independently while engaging in collaborative peer review.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Telehealth platforms.
• Experience using Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems.
• Knowledge of e‑Prescribing tools.
