Specialist GPS POM (Maternity Cover)

About the role

The Specialist GPS POM (Maternity Cover) will support integrated purchasing, global supply planning and purchase order (PO) management to ensure on‑time, in‑full delivery of products. You will work across functions to identify risks, resolve planning issues and maintain high service‑level performance.

Key responsibilities

• Execute business control processes and translate risks into actionable plans.
• Monitor PO milestones (production readiness, ex‑factory, shipment) and flag delays, shortages or mode changes.
• Drive recovery actions such as expediting, partial shipments, pull‑forward or split shipments aligned with business priorities.
• Lead root‑cause analysis of delivery performance and coordinate corrective actions with cross‑functional teams.
• Provide weekly operational reporting, escalation updates and decision‑ready summaries to stakeholders.
• Maintain governance on priorities and escalations to ensure fast decision‑making.
• Support continuous‑improvement initiatives, including process standardisation, automation and system enhancements.

Required profile

• Service‑mindset with a strong customer orientation.
• Team player with analytical thinking and problem‑solving abilities.
• Comfortable learning internal supply‑chain planning and execution software.
• Good knowledge of MS Office and SAP.
• Fluent in English; additional language is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in supply‑chain management, logistics, business administration or related field (Master’s a plus).
• 1‑3 years of experience in supply‑chain management, operations or planning, preferably in accessories, apparel or footwear.
