Solution Consultant Director – EMEA

About the role

Omilia is seeking a Solution Consultant Director for the EMEA region to lead and scale its pre‑sales function. This senior position combines people leadership with deep expertise in conversational AI and CCaaS, ensuring high‑impact technical engagements that drive revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end pre‑sales function for the assigned region, from team structure to commercial outcomes.
• Collaborate closely with the Sales Director and align pre‑sales activities with product and delivery teams.
• Lead, coach, and develop Solution Consultants and Demo Engineers, handling recruitment, onboarding, and performance management.
• Act as the senior technical authority on the most complex, high‑value opportunities, leading discovery workshops and executive presentations.
• Set and enforce standards for solution architecture, RFP responses, demos, and technical handovers to delivery.
• Maintain and evolve regional pre‑sales methodology, tooling, and enablement assets.

Required profile

• Proven senior leadership experience in a pre‑sales or solution consulting environment.
• Deep domain expertise in conversational AI and Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS) solutions.
• Strong commercial acumen with a track record of influencing enterprise sales cycles.
• Ability to drive cross‑functional alignment between sales, product, and delivery teams.
