Social Media Agent (Spanish/Italian/French) – Customer Service

About the role

We are looking for a multilingual Social Media Agent to join our customer service team in Carcavelos, Portugal. The role involves handling customer inquiries across social platforms in Spanish, Italian or French, while supporting the brand’s reputation.

Key responsibilities

• Respond promptly to customer messages, comments and issues on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and other social channels.
• Act as a brand ambassador, conveying Smartbox’s PR messages in all public interactions.
• Collaborate with the Social Media team to ensure consistent brand communication.
• Identify recurring problems, suggest improvements and report trends.

Required profile

• Fluent in Spanish, Italian or French (C2 level) and strong English communication skills.
• Previous experience managing customer queries via social media.
• Background in customer service, preferably in a call‑center or B2B support environment.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic setting.
