Product Marketing Manager

About the role

Altruistiq builds sustainability solutions for large enterprises, helping them measure and report carbon emissions, manage supply chain sustainability data and reduce their carbon footprint. Its go-to-market is account-based, focused on outbound-led pipeline creation within a defined set of enterprise target accounts. It is hiring a hands-on Product Marketer to sharpen the product story, strengthen messaging and content, and improve the outbound motion. The role is based in Portugal; visa sponsorship is not available.

Key responsibilities

• Own sales enablement materials: decks, one-pagers, talk tracks, objection handling, competitive framing and account-relevant proof points.
• Own market positioning and messaging, and the product narrative and go-to-market readiness.
• Own product-related content across the website, launch materials, campaigns and customer-facing assets, including tone of voice, brand guidelines and content approval.
• Produce written content such as product release content, website copy, white papers, thought leadership and sales collateral.
• Maintain a customer proof point library and drive competitive intelligence.
• Partner with Product, Sales, Customer Success and Marketing, and support the outbound, account-based motion.

Required profile

• 5+ years in B2B product marketing, content-led marketing, solutions marketing or a closely related role.
• Enterprise experience with long, complex sales cycles and experience launching new products.
• Strong writing ability and comfort owning tone of voice and content quality.
• Comfortable in an account-based, outbound-led go-to-market and in a lean startup environment.

Nice to have

• Sustainability, reg-tech, supply chain or SaaS background.
• Familiarity with ABM tooling, intent data or account intelligence platforms.
• Experience using AI and automation to speed up a small marketing team.
