About the role

Delnext is looking for a Performance Marketing specialist to support the launch, management and optimisation of campaigns across multiple ad platforms. You will work closely with the marketing team to ensure data‑driven decisions and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in launching and optimising performance campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, Amazon Ads, TikTok Ads and other platforms.
• Monitor key metrics such as CPC, ROAS, CTR and conversions, and contribute to performance dashboards and regular reporting.
• Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends, keywords and new opportunities.
• Coordinate with design and content teams to develop and test creatives, ad copy and landing pages tailored to each platform.

Required profile

• Degree in Marketing, Management, Economics, Data Science or related field (desirable).
• At least 2 years of experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads or Amazon Ads.
• Strong analytical mindset, detail‑oriented and proactive.
• Native‑level Portuguese and autonomous English.
• Team player with self‑reliance and good organisational skills.
