Communications Manager (Internal & PR)

About the role

We are seeking an Internal Communications Manager to ensure clear, structured, and aligned information flow across Emma’s international offices. Reporting to the Head of Culture, you will partner with C‑level leaders to translate strategic intent into effective internal messaging.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the communications right‑hand to C‑level leaders for ad‑hoc and recurring internal messaging.
• Translate strategic decisions into clear, cascaded communication across the organization.
• Manage internal communication across offices in Frankfurt, Manila, Lisbon, and Mexico City.
• Own and improve key communication formats and channels, such as the Global All Hands.
• Design, run, and communicate results of the employee survey, identifying themes and patterns.

Required profile

• 6+ years of experience in an international environment with structured communication responsibilities.
• Proven track record of working directly with C‑level stakeholders and managing their messaging.
• Ability to break down complex problems, identify patterns, and turn insights into clear, actionable steps.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages a plus.
• Thrives in ambiguity and fast‑moving environments, delivering sharp output without a perfect brief.
