Social Intelligence Specialist

About the role

The Senior Social Intelligence Specialist leads complex analytical programmes, ensuring methodological rigor and consistency across multiple projects and stakeholders within Nestlé Business Solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Refine portfolio‑level taxonomy, governance and data integration standards.
• Define monitoring frameworks and oversee interpretation of high‑impact signals.
• Lead enhancement and adoption of advanced analytical methodologies and integrated reporting models.
• Supervise quality standards and resolve systemic methodological issues.
• Partner with stakeholders to support analytical approach enhancements and capability development.
• Drive adoption of AI‑assisted research processes and automation opportunities.

Required profile

• University degree in Marketing, Data Science, Business, Economics, Research or a related field.
• Strong analytical and structured thinking capability with experience in multi‑source data environments.
• Understanding of digital ecosystems and consumer behaviour.
• Advanced English communication and stakeholder management skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with social listening platforms such as Brandwatch, Talkwalker, Sprinklr or Meltwater.
• Experience with analytical tools and Business Intelligence platforms.
