Senior Brand Manager – Coffee

About the role

Nestlé Portugal is seeking a Senior Brand Manager for Coffee to lead the NESCAFÉ brand agenda in Portugal. You will translate global brand ambition into locally relevant strategies, strengthen brand equity and drive business performance across channels.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the NESCAFÉ brand strategy in Portugal, turning global ambition into local plans that boost growth.
• Identify and activate growth opportunities through deep consumer, market and competitive insights.
• Develop and execute integrated brand plans across media, digital, shopper and retail touchpoints.
• Lead innovation, renovation and portfolio optimisation from idea to launch and performance tracking.
• Manage key P&L drivers, budgeting, PFME planning and ROI optimisation.
• Drive cross‑functional collaboration with internal teams, external partners and international coffee stakeholders.
• Embed Nestlé’s purpose, sustainability and regenerative agriculture commitments into brand plans.

Required profile

• University degree in Marketing, Management, Business Administration or related field.
• At least 7 years of experience in Marketing, Brand Management or FMCG commercial roles.
• Proven track record in brand strategy, integrated communication, innovation management and portfolio development.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to turn data into actionable growth opportunities.
• Experience leading complex projects and influencing senior stakeholders.
• Full proficiency in English and Portuguese; international exposure is a plus.
• Proactive, resilient and results‑oriented with a passion for consumer value.
