Site Security Responsible – Physical Security Lead

About the role

We are looking for a Site Security Responsible to lead physical security for our Braga location. You will act as the main point of contact for all security matters, ensuring the safety of people, assets and information in a fast‑moving automotive electronics environment.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for physical security requirements at the Braga site.
• Implement security concepts, conduct audits and drive continuous improvement.
• Coordinate and monitor internal security service providers to ensure effective execution of measures.
• Manage CCTV and access‑control systems, including documentation and record‑keeping.
• Support security investigations, crisis management and daily facility‑management activities.
• Develop and deliver security awareness materials and training.
• Participate in small‑to‑medium facility‑management projects and global roll‑outs.

Required profile

• Engineering degree preferred (Electrical, Electronic, IT or Facility engineering).
• More than 4 years of experience in industrial security management.
• Proven experience working with private security companies and contractors.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
