Local Security Governance Expert

About the role

As a Local Security Governance Expert you will be responsible for the overall physical security management systems across Bosch sites in Portugal and Vigo, Spain. You will define the security framework, monitor its implementation and act as the primary contact for security matters, ensuring continuous improvement of security processes.

Key responsibilities

• Define and maintain the security governance framework for all Bosch sites in Portugal and Vigo.
• Monitor the implementation of security requirements at the site level and ensure compliance.
• Serve as the main point of contact for security issues and coordinate with local teams.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the security organization.
• Lead crime prevention and operational security investigations.
• Support the compliance office and deliver internal training on security topics.

Required profile

• Proven experience in industrial physical security management.
• Academic background or certification in Security or Risk Management.
• Experience conducting private security investigations and managing security risks.
• Familiarity with working with private security companies and contractors.
• Strong knowledge of national security issues such as organized crime and grand theft.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish.
• Team‑player attitude with the ability to work independently and proactively.
