Services Ordering and Invoicing Officer

About the role

Airbus is seeking a Services Ordering and Invoicing Officer to join its GBS team in Lisbon. You will be responsible for the end‑to‑end administration of Airbus services transactions, ensuring accurate order processing and timely invoicing across multiple service lines.

Key responsibilities

• Manage service order acknowledgment, validation, acceptance, creation, follow‑up and invoicing.
• Create and send invoices and statements to customers, checking data accuracy.
• Resolve billing errors by issuing credit notes and handling customer queries.
• Ensure all processes comply with internal and international business standards and that revenues are booked to the correct budget.
• Use Airbus reporting systems to provide monthly status reports by service line and product line.
• Maintain up‑to‑date customer service catalogs and assist Training Contract Managers with free‑of‑charge orders.
• Support financial targets by securing revenues and participate in internal/external audits.

Required profile

• Customer‑focused team player with strong communication skills in English.
• Solution‑oriented, autonomous, rigorous and accountable.
• Strong organizational and analytical abilities; able to work under pressure and manage conflicts.
• Knowledge of SAP, Microsoft Office and G Suite; administration experience is a plus.
