Global SAP CATS Support

About the role

The SAP User Support team at Airbus Portugal is expanding its Global SAP CATS Support function, focusing on the Cross‑Application Time Sheet (CATS) for the international Airbus user community. You will ensure smooth recording of working times and tasks while maintaining related master data.

Key responsibilities

• Resolve user requests on SAP CATS processes and tools in a solution‑oriented manner.
• Maintain and update master data for CATS and related Finance applications.
• Provide support on additional Finance‑related topics as needed.

Required profile

• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with diverse cultural backgrounds.
• Strong customer‑oriented attitude with a friendly and respectful approach.
• Very good written and spoken English; additional French, German or Spanish is a plus.
• Team‑oriented mindset, comfortable in an international work environment.
• Knowledge of shop‑floor hours control and willingness to develop further.
• Background in Finance and/or SAP FI/CO with interest in technical growth.
