Services Deal Support & Contracting Specialist (EMEA) – Lisbon

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Services Deal Support & Contracting Specialist to join our international team supporting services sales operations across the EMEA region. You will work in a fast‑paced environment, coordinating multiple stakeholders to ensure smooth end‑to‑end deal execution.

Key responsibilities

• Support sales teams throughout the full deal execution lifecycle.
• Create and manage deals and quotes in internal systems.
• Coordinate approvals with Legal, Finance, Delivery and other stakeholders.
• Prepare and review service contracts using standard templates.
• Identify risks and ensure compliance with internal processes.
• Manage multiple deals simultaneously under tight deadlines.
• Contribute to process improvement and automation initiatives.

Required profile

• Experience in deal support, sales operations, contracting or similar roles.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proven ability to work with cross‑functional stakeholders.
• High attention to detail and a process‑driven mindset.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Fluency in English and at least one of French, German or Turkish.

Required skills

• Experience with SAP.
• Experience with Salesforce.
