About the role

Conclusion Lifecycle is seeking a ServiceNow Architect to join a client project focused on designing and delivering scalable ServiceNow solutions. You will shape architecture standards, guide development teams, and ensure that digital workflows meet business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Design end‑to‑end ServiceNow architecture aligned with business and IT requirements.
• Define technical standards, best practices, and governance for ServiceNow implementations.
• Lead the implementation and integration of ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and CSM.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into secure, scalable technical solutions.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams, ensuring quality and consistency.

Required profile

• Proven expertise in ServiceNow platform design and module implementation.
• Strong understanding of ITSM processes and ITIL frameworks.
• Experience with scripting, JavaScript, APIs, and integrations with external systems.
• Knowledge of governance, security, and performance optimisation within ServiceNow.
• Collaborative, communicative, and solution‑oriented mindset.
