Service Desk Agent - French Speaker

About the role

We are looking for a French‑speaking Service Desk Agent to deliver prompt, high‑quality support to our customers. You will handle inquiries via phone, email and chat, troubleshoot issues, and ensure service level agreements are met.

Key responsibilities

• Provide accurate information and resolve customer queries in French.
• Troubleshoot technical problems while adhering to defined SLAs.
• Interact with customers through phone, email or chat channels.
• Continuously improve skills through self‑development and training.
• Maintain quality scores, meet productivity targets and suggest process improvements.
• Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve common goals.

Required profile

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Minimum 1 year experience in customer service or technical voice support.
• Proven ability to handle complaints and deliver excellent customer experiences.
• Experience working with cross‑functional teams and stakeholders.
• French language proficiency at C2 level and English at B2 level.
• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail and proactive attitude.

Required skills

• SAP or a similar CRM application.
