SEO/GEO Senior Analyst

About the role

We are looking for a senior analyst to lead SEO and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) initiatives within our Corporate Functions team. You will shape division-specific strategies, drive projects, and ensure our content stays visible across traditional and AI-powered search experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Contribute expertise to central SEO and GEO projects, delivering actionable recommendations and best-practice guidelines.
• Develop and implement a division-specific SEO and GEO strategy aligned with the central team.
• Plan, execute, and manage smaller SEO/GEO projects independently, from inception to delivery.
• Identify quick-win opportunities to boost organic visibility in both classic search and generative AI search results.
• Analyze performance using tools such as Google Search Console and translate insights into concrete recommendations for content and web teams.
• Monitor the evolving search and generative AI landscape, flagging new risks and opportunities for the division.
• Build strong cross-functional relationships with the central SEO/GEO team and division stakeholders.

Required profile

• Degree in Marketing, Communications, Information Technology or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of SEO experience, preferably with exposure to GEO, ideally in a large corporate environment.
• Proven ability to work both collaboratively within a central team and autonomously on division-specific initiatives.
• Strong analytical mindset and curiosity about the evolution of human and AI-driven search behavior.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
