Digital Marketing Analyst

About the role

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Analyst to join our Marketing team in Maia, Portugal. You will drive digital growth by optimizing our online presence, generating qualified leads, and creating a seamless, high‑converting user journey across our websites and digital channels.

Key responsibilities

• Turn digital traffic into high‑quality leads, manage lead capture, and ensure accurate tracking in Pipedrive.
• Maintain and evolve website content using WordPress, applying data, personas and user insights to improve the digital experience.
• Lead technical and organic SEO initiatives, optimise website performance, and execute link‑building strategies to boost visibility and rankings.
• Create landing pages and digital assets that convert, and manage campaigns on Google Ads, Meta and LinkedIn while measuring ROI.
• Support marketing events and collaborate with the wider Marketing team on cross‑functional initiatives.

Required profile

• 2+ years of digital marketing experience, preferably in a B2B or technology environment.
• Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, Google Ads, Meta and LinkedIn advertising.
• Hands‑on experience with WordPress and website optimisation.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms and digital‑marketing analytics tools.
• Proactive, growth‑oriented attitude and excellent English communication skills.
