International Graduate Program – Marketing Experience Strategist (Journey Mapping & Personalization)

About the role

As part of Infineon's International Graduate Program, you will rotate through impactful marketing roles and help shape customer journeys that turn insights into measurable experiences. You will work with global teams to design, launch and continuously optimise omnichannel experiences across email, SEA and web personalization.

Key responsibilities

• Design omnichannel customer journeys driven by customer needs, behavioural insights and business priorities.
• Partner with marketing and business stakeholders to define journey goals, personas, segmentation and personalization requirements.
• Translate insights into clear journey flows, decision logic and experience blueprints.
• Build and launch journeys at scale in Salesforce Marketing Cloud or coordinate execution with activation teams.
• Define KPIs, set up measurement frameworks, monitor performance and drive optimisation through A/B and multivariate testing.
• Document functional, technical and data requirements for platform improvements.
• Support planning, creation and quality review of Email and SEA campaigns.
• Contribute to end‑to‑end campaign management, including web experience personalization.
• Participate in international assignments/rotations to broaden global perspective.
• Invest in continuous development through learning sessions, conferences and mentorship.
