Senior Team Leader – Assistant Operations

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Team Leader to support our Assistant Operations function in Lisbon. This hybrid, full‑time position will lead a team of Operations Supervisors, driving performance, service quality, and continuous improvement for a leading international online community and advertising business.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage Operations Supervisors, ensuring exceptional service delivery and achievement of performance goals.
• Coach, mentor, and develop the team to reach its highest potential.
• Monitor key KPIs, set ambitious targets, and drive continuous improvement strategies.
• Resolve escalated customer issues quickly and effectively, maintaining a high standard of service.
• Anticipate challenges and opportunities, taking a proactive approach to problem‑solving and innovation.

Required profile

• Advanced English fluency (C1 level or higher).
• Proven experience managing teams.
• Previous sales experience.
• Background in sales and/or digital marketing.
