Senior Strategy Consultant – Freelance AI Project

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Strategy Consultant to help shape AI learning environments by translating real consulting engagements into structured tasks. This remote, project‑based role focuses on designing realistic consulting scenarios for advanced language models.

Key responsibilities

• Build realistic consulting project environments, including industry context, financials, constraints, and incomplete information.
• Design structured consulting tasks for AI agents such as market sizing, commercial due diligence, cost optimization, growth strategy, and operational diagnosis.
• Define evaluation criteria, grading frameworks, and golden‑answer solutions to train and calibrate LLM‑based assessment systems.
• Collaborate as an individual contributor to ensure high‑quality analytical design and evaluation.

Required profile

• 3+ years of hands‑on consulting experience at a top‑tier firm (McKinsey, BCG, Bain, Oliver Wyman, Roland Berger, Monitor Deloitte, EY‑Parthenon, Kearney, Strategy&).
• Proven ability to structure ambiguous client problems into analytical plans.
• Experience building financial models, market analyses, and synthesizing findings from messy inputs.
• Track record of delivering client‑ready recommendations under time pressure and uncertainty.
