Senior Specialist, Product Management – Fintech Scanner

About the role

Mastercard is looking for a Senior Specialist to lead the growth and scalability of its Fintech Scanner product within the Business Intelligence Innovate portfolio. You will shape research content, drive global client strategies, and support product launches across multiple regions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage Fintech Scanner content, including research reports and virtual/in‑person events.
• Gather data from diverse sources, analyse it, and produce fact‑based reports and steering‑committee presentations.
• Apply quantitative and qualitative techniques to identify client challenges and formulate actionable recommendations.
• Extract intellectual capital from engagements and share best‑practice tools across projects.
• Collaborate with global product management to implement roadmap initiatives.
• Provide sales enablement materials, trainings, and product expertise to the sales team.
• Consolidate market feedback, recommend product improvements, and support regional product launches.

Required profile

• Strong connection to the fintech ecosystem and startup community.
• Executive‑level presentation skills with the ability to translate technology concepts for business audiences.
• Understanding of innovation frameworks and practical technology applications; payments‑technology knowledge is a plus.
• Proven leadership and influencing abilities without direct reporting lines.
