O9 Configuration Consultant (Fashion)

About the role

The Configuration Consultant will configure and optimise the o9 platform for a leading fashion brand, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and delivering data‑driven insights.

Key responsibilities

• Configure o9 modules such as demand planning, supply planning, inventory optimisation and financial planning to meet client requirements.
• Develop and maintain configurations using the Integrated Business Planning Language (IBPL) query language.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to understand and implement configuration needs.
• Troubleshoot and resolve configuration issues, ensuring performance and scalability.

Required profile

• 5‑8 years of experience with at least one end‑to‑end implementation.
• Strong knowledge of supply chain and business planning processes.
• Ability to adapt to changing business needs and priorities.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with the o9 platform.
• Proficiency in IBPL query language.
• Experience designing and configuring dashboards, dimensions, attributes, measures, pivots, spreads, procedures and active rules within o9.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
