Senior Social Media Marketing Manager (Contract)

About the role

The Sui Foundation is looking for a Senior Social Media Marketing Manager to own the strategy, content, and growth of its social channels. This high‑visibility contract role will shape how the Sui blockchain brand appears across platforms, primarily X/Twitter, and will work closely with leadership and cross‑functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a social media strategy for all Sui Foundation accounts, focusing on X/Twitter.
• Manage and grow five+ brand accounts, set KPIs, and drive engagement, growth, and conversion.
• Translate brand narratives and product moments into platform‑native content, with a strong emphasis on short‑form video, livestreams, and serialized series.
• Collaborate with design, motion, and creative partners to produce high‑quality visual assets.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate content ideation, creation, research, and publishing while maintaining brand integrity.
• Monitor performance metrics, generate reports, and make data‑driven recommendations for channel investment.

Required profile

• Strategic thinker with proven execution ability in social media marketing.
• Experience crafting compelling narratives for complex, technical products.
• Comfortable working remotely with at least 4 hours overlap with Pacific Time.
• Strong collaboration skills across product, design, partnerships, and communications.

Required skills

• Proficiency with X/Twitter platform management.
• Video production and editing for short‑form and livestream content.
• Use of AI‑powered content creation tools.

What we offer

• Contract role with a full‑time workload (≈40 hours/week).
• Compensation of $60–75 USD per hour, based on experience.
