Senior SAP SuccessFactors Consultant – Employee Central Core

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Consultant with deep expertise in SAP SuccessFactors, specifically Employee Central Core. You will join a leading consultancy in Portugal, delivering end‑to‑end implementations and supporting complex integration projects for national and international clients.

Key responsibilities

• Implement, customize and integrate SAP SuccessFactors solutions, especially Employee Central Core, with SAP HCM and other systems.
• Participate in full‑cycle projects, translating business requirements into technical specifications.
• Configure the SuccessFactors platform and provide user training on functionalities and processes.
• Manage and resolve tickets, conduct root‑cause analysis, and maintain solution documentation.
• Support project managers throughout all project phases and propose innovative technical solutions.

Required profile

• Higher education degree.
• Minimum 5 years of experience with SAP SuccessFactors.
• Hands‑on SuccessFactors platform configuration and at least three full‑cycle implementations.
• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Client‑facing attitude, high sense of responsibility and leadership by example.
• Team player who thrives in dynamic, fast‑changing environments.
