Senior Reward Manager – Executive Compensation & Equity Incentives

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Reward Manager to lead executive compensation and equity incentive programs across our global organization. You will act as the deputy to the Group VP Head of Reward & Excellence, providing strategic advice and hands‑on execution for senior stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Group VP in preparing Remuneration Committee and Board materials and lead the annual Remuneration Report.
• Advise HR and business leaders on executive reward matters, including compensation, job offers, promotions, salary reviews, incentive awards, retention plans, and job grading.
• Design, govern, and execute Long‑Term Incentive (LTI) programs, covering budgeting, communication, implementation, vesting, and vendor management.
• Oversee global employee share plans in 20+ countries, ensuring grant execution, vesting management, regulatory compliance, and coordination with Legal, Tax, Finance, Payroll, and external providers.
• Continuously improve executive reward and global mobility policies, processes, and governance to support the talent strategy.
• Lead the annual executive compensation review cycle, managing governance, coordination, and delivery.
• Build trusted relationships with senior executives and cross‑functional partners, providing expert guidance on complex reward matters.

Required profile

• 10+ years of experience in Executive Compensation, Global Rewards, or Compensation & Benefits within an international environment.
• Strong expertise in executive compensation, incentive plans (STI/LTI), equity programs, and benchmarking.
• Experience supporting Board and Remuneration Committee activities, preferably in a listed multinational company.
• Solid understanding of executive compensation governance, payroll, tax, accounting, and regulatory requirements.
• Experience working with executive benchmarking providers such as Willis Towers Watson, Mercer, and Korn Ferry.
